Pros & Cons
Pros
Great value for the quality and accessories that come with it. One for my bugout bag, the other for my hunting pack. My boys love it, my husband loves it, i love it!
Fire starter fits super snug into the sheath. The ferro rod is small but functional. Ferro rod throws plenty of sparks. Sharpener is handy to have with you at all times.
Quality and sturdiness of not only the knife but also the sheath is excellent. The sheath appears to be a combo of heavy duty cordura nylon an kydex. The knife snaps into the sheathe sturdily in place.
The bg ultimate pro was made out of 9cr19mov. This knife is uber comparable to the gerber lmf ii. If youre new to survival/tactical infantry style knives, this is a great first pick. The knife can also be used to seal a door.
All the tools and extras on this are legit and operated as you would expect. Sturdy with a thick spline. Very useful and utilitarian.

Quality
Nice gripping handle blade seems very sturdy
The knife is a good quality tool with several useful features such as a built in sharpening tool and a fero rod for fire starting
Has fire steel built into the handle and stone for touching up edge on blade on back of sheath
Disappointed as other gerber products are sharp and generally well made

Ive owned the bear grills for 10 years so im confident this will be just as good if not better
I have always thought gerber products are among the highest value for dollar products on the market
The ultimate is certainly not as nice as the lmf ii but is tough enough to serve in all the same capacities

I dont like that its faced down when wearing the knife in the sheath on my belt if the ferro rod loosens a little or snags on something then gravity makes sure it falls out
