Pros
Clean tasting (non metallic) and easy to take with water. It's not chalky, stirs in nicely. Tastes pleasant. Easy to dissolve.
Great for mixing with shakes, yogurt, etc. It breaks down well in your shaker.
Creatine is hard to beat to get that extra little push in your workout. The pump post workout is great too. Noticed strength gains after loading phase. Even joined rugby and am pretty effective.
Cons
When i hold it against a spoon the creatine started attaching to the spoon. What is the point of being creapure if it does not dissolve well. It was sealed under the lid properly but upon opening, smells like sharpie.
I believe this is a failed product that amazon should remove with its evolution nutrition" "very disappointed.

I’ve been taking creatinine since the 1990’s and most of the products i’ve tried were pretty good but a lot of them have the same problem large granules that don’t dissolve very well

Doesn’t mean that the product doesn’t work but it’s just harder on the stomach
