It requires patience and diligence to reap the benefits. Excellent tools to help oneself or clients.
The mindfulness techniques mentioned here are pretty useful when you need to calm down and focus. That and the methods of dealing with negative feelings (especially) are invaluable.

Quality
Very effective in teaching act (acceptance commitment therapy), a recognized form of cognitive therapy.
My life is forever better, and i feel like i am moving into a whole new chapter thanks to the tools and concepts that i now have.
Missing is the later development of these six core processes as a "hexaflex.
These daydreams make my face contort and my body flinch and twitch.
Price
What i like about this books is that it's affordable, well written, and broadly applicable.
This is definitely worth the time and the money.
My therapist suggested me beginning this workbook during a transition period in my life where i couldn't afford to see her weekly.
