The ps4s controller has a headphonemic jack and the headset plugged right in and the mic for voice commands and sound worked perfect

However please note xbox 360 adapter will only fit securely in an original microsoft xbox 360 controller it does not work with a gamestop or powera brand controllers i have these it did not work because it didnt fit this is due to the fact that the adapter has two little black plugs on either side of the main one the original xbox controller has holesports that accommodate these the other brand controllers do not others may have the ports but you might want to check your controller before buying these this is the only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5
