Pros
Heavy but movable. Seems heavier than 30lbs. But it seems to be very sturdy.
Holds my umbrella even on extremely windy days. It keeps swaying side to side and rotate with the wind.
Cons
The stem fits loosely to the base. Also the knob and the pole adapter is not sufficient for a tight fit with the umbrella. The one screw that is used to supposedly keep the umbrella from wobbling is garbage. What is the point of a 43lb base if it uses... Read More

The base arrived in a box that looked like it had been opened before.
However it did not come with instructions which wouldn’t normally need, but needed to know why there are two matching inserts.
