Pros

I love that this one can be sectioned into 2 compartments. Use it for storing books and seating. Great for storing sheets and towels.

Love this storage ottoman. I have others bought from local vendors. Great deal on amazon. Would definitely recommend.

It matches my couches, it looks expensive, and it's heavy duty. Seems durable.

The only reason i can see anyone having issues with this collapsing is possibly incorrect assembly. Surprisingly sturdy for a collapsible, super portable, ottoman. Easy to put together, very spacious and sturdy.
