Came very well packaged, nothing was ripped, bent or broken. I have used this chair extensively over the last few weeks. The chair is quite nice, but had a rip in the back.
The chair is extremely comfortable, seems sturdy, and was easy to assemble. It has all the functionality of a $300 dx racer, and is just as comfortable.

My only qualm is that some of the pre-drilled screw holes were too small/off-center with the material. Putting it together was straight foward with a good manual. It's sturdy enough to hold both of us and our cat without breaking, haha.

The build quality and qa is awful. It looks nice, but its incredibly overpriced. Also seems like cheap particle board that they use as well.

When he put the chair together and adjusted the back to its tallest setting and put the headrest pillow in the highest position that it can be adjusted to the pillow sits right on the back of his shoulder blades so he is not able to use that pillow comfortable

Leaning back does not move as smoothly as preferred but for using a computer this feature isnt needed and poses no issues when gaming

Overall if u have lucrative money to spend go get the dxracer etc but if u want to save money and get the best bang for buck this is the chair to get

I will say that you have to put the whole thing together yourself unless you shell out and have someone do it for you prior to delivery

It didnt really affect the appearance or function though once i put the chair together but i will say that it would have been easier to assemble if it was made a little bit better

The only downside is that anything other than the seat and back look and feel a little cheap the wheels and the base of the chair have a plastic sheen to them
