    The armrests are plastic and the parts on the side that attach the back to the base are made of a cheap plastic as well

    When he put the chair together and adjusted the back to its tallest setting and put the headrest pillow in the highest position that it can be adjusted to the pillow sits right on the back of his shoulder blades so he is not able to use that pillow comfortable

    Never has it felt uncomfortable i think i had to tighten the arm rests once but i am kinda rough on them

    I will say that you have to put the whole thing together yourself unless you shell out and have someone do it for you prior to delivery
