The back massager is loud so if that is something that will bother you or be an issue if you are working in an office making calls or talking to people you may want to take that into consideration. The massaging cushion helps his back while still enjo... Read More

Cons

The chair is 3 months old and already has a broken foot rest, a hard bulge pushing up in the back area and the vibration pillow at least hasn't been working since february. I'm only 245lbs and the device should support over 300lbs +.

Assembly was easy and overall aesthetic body and frame are quite excellent.

I also really like the availability of the foot rest (which tucks nicely away) and the full recline feature.

Unfortunately, the footrest broke off shortly after getting it.

It makes the armrests unreliable and unsteady.

Price

I had no desire or intent to pay several hundreds of dollars for an office chair.

All in all, it's a decent chair for the money.
