So it is very easy to assemble and for me i am a bigger person so the parts u slide on the side of the back rest made it a little to tight but its just as comfy wothout them on for me at least on the leg rest some of it is getting undone lime it needs to be sewn again but it is still very comfortable so far it has been more sturdy than any computer chair i have gotten theres only one thing thats not so comfy and thats where the vibration part is and the head rest pillow there lime a dip in between these 2 pillows which is a little uncfortable that might also because i am 6ft 2 inches but i put a pillow in the gap and it is back to being very comfy so overall id say a 4 star but it's still a good product its just hard to find a comfy chair for big guys like myself  Read Less
