My only concern is that there is a large gap between the mattress and the frame a small child could get stuck or seriously injured if they slip down the gap

Two small inconveniences were a small gap between the mattress and the headboard that we fixed with a bed bumper and my husband noticed that there should have been another layer of paint to make it look a little better

I have 2 young kids 3 6 that are rough but i’m not nearly as worried about them on these beds as i would be if they were a traditional height
