Pros

Painted each piece first with spray paint. Sanded some parts of the wood. It's cedar which smells nice and is a soft enough wood that you can assemble it with a screwdriver.

It isn't too bulky and fits nicely in my office. Cute den for any dog under 15 pounds. Super cute and looks beautiful on the patio.

Cons

I wish the mfg charged $10-20 more and gave you better wood! Very disappointed. Definitely not worth $100 bucks. Am returning it.

The wood is like sandpaper, very dry and brittle, water stained and even smelled moldy. It is very flimsy. Better as firewood!

The wood is flimsy and several pieces split while * it together. Pieces cut unevenly, so the item tips slightly to one side. Looks more like scrap material.
