Pros

The color is downright stunning and is multilayered. Has a rustic theme going on, on the side. They are lightweight, but look like “real ceramic “. I ordered the yellow & it’s absolutely stunning!

It is durable and goes from table right into dishwasher. I wish they made coordinating serving pieces.

Cons

Melamine dishes have a plastic coating that flakes off after a couple of washes in the dishwasher. They blister, discolor when hot liquid gets on them as well as chip and peel. They are not microwaveable.
