Pros

This thing is a godsend. Was recommended this product by my massage therapist. I love that i have it handy any time i need it.

Quality is great, it feels sturdy as heck. This is very durable and easy to use. There are other brands but they are cheaply made. Very durable and well made.

You can put as much pressure as you can endure or light pressure if you don't like massages. The leverage is excellent, allowing you to squeeze the living daylights out of your neck all on your own!

Cons

The balls do not rotate, they stick to your neck and pinch you! Also the arch is very flimsy and arms flap around even only after using twice.

It also seems sturdy and well made.

Trigger points are painful knots that feel like hard bumps under your skin - working them out is not relaxing rather it is painful.

Without oil the product gets stuck on my skin and it hurts more than helps!

Price

For the price, this is a really impressive tool!

It was still worth every penny to relax the area around my spine on my neck!

I did not have high hopes for this given some of the reviews, but figured the price point was fairly low risk.

The price to results ratio favors that you buy it.
