Pros

Don't even have to read instructions, very self explanatory. Easy to program and has a few nice features such as rain delay and manual mode with timer. Only negative is that the lcd screen is difficult to read in some light situations.

This is what i have been needing so badly! Bought the timer. Really a great little device.

Gideon timer has two outlets. Works for front yard till sprinkler system is installed. Eco setting allows water to flow for a specified amount of time, shuts off for a few minute so the water can soak in and not just puddle.

This water valve timer does almost every everything. Absolutely has no leakage and does its job as intended. No worries and no leaks.

Cons

With the timer installed, sprinkler sprays only about 2m. Manufacturer doesn't take care of what the description says erroneously. Save yourself the hassle and extra cost and get a better one.

It only works at 7am. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there is no way to set a manual watering without also running the schedule.
