Pros

The performance increase is very noticeable, especially accessing large files. Qflash feature allows you to update bios from usb flash card and you don't need cpu/memory even connected.

Cons

After updating to f14 bios, windows and applications kept corrupting files. F15 bios has the same issue. Board was dead, had to buy another one, gigabyte support is very inefficient.
