Great laptop for content creations the oled 4k screen is beautiful but the 3060 makes it impossible to game at 4k and the reason i ended up returning was because the gigabyte software that controls everything is terrible not to mention gigabyte completed locked down the entire bios and its nearly impossible to be able to run linux which a must for my line of work

I didnt get the code for the marvel guardians of the galaxy game im very angry about that i contacted many times amazon support team and they never sent it amazon support team somtimes sucks and doesnt help at all in this situation and has no word because they should contacted me in 2 days as they promised and now it been more than 10 days i contacted them again but no answer until now

Please just give us a solution for this because im one of the users who likes just to uninstall the bloatware apps but keeps the original windows so please give us a control center with better design colors not orange pls and better user experience
