Pros

Everything else works flawlessly. The keyboard backlight works out of the box. This is easily fixed by updating the intel graphics driver to the newest (as of this review the newest version 30.

Cons

Gigabyte ax200 has a poor wi-fi connection. My other laptop is an msi -- while they deserve more credit than gigabyte -- they are hardly stellar either which is why, after buying the msi, i thought to try gigabyte.

Which is unacceptable for a 2k laptop in 2022!

The program is also really weird, the desktop icon is an app extension that just opens the program.

My suggestion to gigabyte would be to discard the screws entirely.

The laptop comes with a 1tb ssd and i supplemented it with a samsung 980 1tb ssd for data, etc.

It has me wanting to upgrade my other monitors, its super crisp, i swear its almost as clear as qled technology.
