I used this mobo in a midrange gaming machine - seems very robust with plenty of fan headers and m.
There is not much you can do to get rid of it, covering doesn't help, changing voltages may work but not the best option.
It might not post on first start.

This was the cheapest board with an argb header.
Don't be afraid to buy it used, and save some money.

This is a cheaper board so you lack things like bluetooth and wifi

The noise comes from some coils that are hidden under the heatsink near the ports side

In my case stops when i take out the heatsink but this is also not a good idea
