Quality control wise it seems gigabyte is good.
Price
Really like it for the price i bought it for.
The bios xpg is up to date so no problems.
Price is decent, kinda hard to screw but that’s alright.
Lately they seem quite full of themselves price wise.
Competitiveness
Wifi 6 works better than the cat6 wires that i have routed through the house.
This is one of the best mobo's for the price at the moment.
I bought an am4 asus motherboard for over 150 that still only had a gigbit ethernet port.

Bin the bios file i downloaded ended with a

F7 extension so im not sure if this changes over time copy it to a fat32 formatted usb drive insert it into the bios labeled usb port plug in the power cables to the motherboard and with no cpu ram or video card installed push the qflash plus button and wait until the led stops blinking

Spent all day troubleshooting my pc with this motherboard refusing to show any signs of life leds fans noises etc

One of the screws for the motherboard on the case didn’t have a standoff so it was being shorted

The down side was no externalbuilt in usb c port and no drivers preinstalled
