Pros
Going from a 1080p to 1440p everything is sharper with more detail. Games looks much crisp in 1440p and smooth frame rate. Has some lightbleed in the upper righthand corner of the screen, but other than that everything else about it looks great.
Cons
Pip/pbp is a feature, with instructions on how to use, but is not an actual option in the osd. There's already noticeable backlight bleed near the top of the monitors.

Quality
No complaints from my model, been using it for 2 weeks and the screen is super smooth and working just as advertised
Edit: 4/5/22still working great so far (1 year) and don't notice bgr layout or have any dead pixels.
Picture quality is out of this world in my opinion.
5 month later edit: 1 dead pixel, and it's annoying that it doesn't automatically turn off the backlight when the pc sleeps.
Price
As a value to cost i give it 5 stars
All in all it was worth every penny.
Best part is i got it on sale for $30 less.
For the price i'd absolutely say it's worth it.
Shipping
Oh, and one more thing, the osd is amazingly easy and quick to navigate once you get to know where everything is!
Packaging/appearance
Screen looks great and came in a very protective box.
Build quality is solid, packaging was very well done which protected my monitor from a smash on the box from shipment.

Competitiveness
This product is a great price compared to competitors for the same quality!
Com and compare this panel's definitive metrics against basically every other panel near this price, and it beats them solidly!
I play on an xbox one x and oddly enough, the xbox or monitor can even detect 4k when according to the monitor it’s a 1440p monitor.
But for the price of 290 i can't really compare it to my lg, which is over 100 more.

Had an acer predator xb271hu bmiprz as a main monitor and a 1080p monitor as secondary as new amd gpus were coming out i wanted the option to have freesync or gsync ultimate monitor tech available

They thought a tiny joystick sort of thing on the back of the monitor was a good idea

I gave up trying to use it because i couldnt use my finger tip without pressing the joystick down

I literally had to use my fingernail and try to pull up when i was trying to change settings

So far so good but for some reason whenever my monitor comes back on from sleep mode it makes a popping sound and the power adaptor makes weird frequency noises when in sleep mode
