Pros
By default this card runs at good temps on load, but it can get loud. Quieter than i thought it would be, runs cooler than ithought it would, so far so good. A massive upgrade from my elderly gtx1080.
There was some slight sag in the card due to the extra length, maybe 3 or 4mm sag. Well flight simulator now flies, 60fps (i limited it) with everything switched on.
It seems to be running these games in the 60s, or maybe just into low 70s deg centigrade. But it is extremely powerful.

Competitiveness
Having said that, this particular gpu is at least drawing less than most of it's competitors - around 320w instead of 350.
I use an evga psu rated at 1300w with this, which may be too much for your usage, but better safe than sorry.

Coming from a titan xp to this is certainly an upgrade i used to get good fps on that gpu now i get that even with ray tracing enabled although if i am honest ray tracing is a mixed bag and you generally find unless your specifically looking for the effects it does not really add much to your gaming experience

But being ablle to max out graphics settings at 1440p and run full ray tracing and still get high fps is great in my book

This rtx3080ti gaming oc runs all my games using about half its resources doom 2016 eternal f1 2021 etc none of them make this card break sweat
