The product is exactly as advertised works well and functions great mine comes with great condition with no signs of any physical damage on the box but 1 concern i had was that it comes with no soft padding or box to protect it just the raw graphic card box covered with thin polythene cover i mean its a sensitive device and quite liable to physical damage
