My first attempt to update the bios did not work because i searched for the motherboard model number in google and clicked on the first link which led to a page on the gigabyte website with seemingly the correct model number but actually wasnt somehow

The motherboards update led was blinking and everything during the alleged update so i thought the update took properly

When bios didnt recognize the windows usb boot drive i realized something was wrong so i checked the bios and it displayed the version as fk not f25

That was when i realized the q flash plus update didnt work

I tried to update the bios again to f25 via standard q flash and the bios ui told me this bios version wasnt for this motherboard
