Updating the bios to the latest f20 version resolved this. Update your windows to enable ethernet port. It is a guarantee you have your set up running correctly.

It's really a shame since they used to have great products years ago. It’s not worth the heartache.

Tech support has no clue. Anything of value even remotely pertinent to this issue (and others have to have had this issue) is a google search and youtube from someone outside the company. It's been two weeks now and no response on the rma.
