Pros

Great backdrop for the rgb lightshow in my corsair 4000d (black) case. Very sleek design. Solid, does not bend.

Highest cpu package temp i've recorded is 73c when benchmarking. Got some new ram and tweaked it a bit and also using v11 beta of the benchmark.

Th gen processor combined with gigabyte bios is a winner. Bios upgrade is easy and boot times are no joke. Only complaint is the vcore defaults to over 1.

Don't forget to remove the plastic film on the underside of the m. The armor plates are removable and double as a heat sink for m.

Cons

After a day of troubleshooting it turns out the device was defective. Swapped the ram around, still only registering 32gb total. All saying there's a memory error. It's been two weeks now and no response on the rma.

It's disappointing to see their own customer support team having no ides on what their product is rated for. Plus there really is no documentation on actually using pcie nvme m.

Got this in the combo with the 13900k and they both work seamesly.

I wouldn't have been able to install this without my laptop as they do not include a manual with the motherboard like they used to.

Ordered the z790 aorus elite ax ddr4 (ddr 4 is not a typo)4.

Packaging/appearance

My biggest complaint is focused on packaging.

Very poor packaging, the board arrived twistedluckily it works flawlessly

Looks beautiful has a ton of options alots of usb ports on the back so far so good.

1v to even have a stable 100mhz overclock, which then causes it to throttle because it's drawing ~200w.
