I'm 5'7 175 lbs and they fit great. Always excellent quality & fit. These are comfortable, high neck, long sleeves and very dense material.

I would order a large and the clothes would arrive fitting like a medium size or the other extreme of arriving fitting like an extra large

I washed on cold and dried 2 on warm and accidentally but the gray in a hot dryer and i really can’t see any difference in size
