Pros
X fits well in all departments like the chest, waist and arms. No problems with the waist or the chest. It's cotton, so it does shrink and that's why i got the next size larger to compensate my longer torso.
Packing was what you'd expect amazon to get shipped when gildan sent them their a semi-clear plastic bag, not sealed. Looked a bit darker and more solid in the pictures.
They fit great and are a thick material to keep you warmer on the fall days. They're also a little bit thicker than those other two, if that matters to you. They fit as expected and are comfortable. It’s perfect and they are comfy.
Cons
Compared to a hanes or fruit of the loom 100% cotton shirts, the gildan “100% cotton” shirts are like fine grit sandpaper. I wear a medium in banana republic tshirts but these are quite a bit smaller. After the 2 nd wash the shirt is now tight on me.
This is the second time this has happened when ordering this item. Definitely not 6oz cotton. Just not a good brand or style for him.
