Pros

Gildan shorts are well constructed with a good quality fabric which is not paper thin. The inner side of the elastic wasteband is lined with a soft knit fabric. These are soft cotton and have a definite elastic waistband.

Cons

The threads are all broken and dangling loose after one, gentle cycle wash. Yes, they are comfortable for what they are but they are not durable whatsoever. Going back to fruit if the loom.

The 2x is too tight, which is weird because i got 2x in an *asian* label of underwear (lapasa) and they fit very comfortably. If you order this brand order sized way up! Fit is small as well. Their xlarge fits more like a large.

These boxer are terrible. If you are looking to replace great boxers like buffalo david britton or the old costco ones that aren't manufactured any longer then these are not it.
