If you wear a woman's 14 definitely get xl. I wear large/extra large women like slightly loose fit. Xl in men which are longer than women fits great.

Cons

This shirt is for short and wide people with skinny arms. I'm afraid to wash it because it'll just get shorter. Not gildan brand. Not quality material.
