Pros
Pressed his company logo and saved a ton of money. Got l and xl. Both fit pretty good.
They feel & look much better than the much pricier brands i've bought him in the past. They’re a bit heavier weight than dickies.
Cons
The cotton is some of the worst i have every felt. I have three year old f of the loom that feel much better than these. Every person inconvenienced by this will never buy this product again because it is simply a non-starter.
This shirt is moderately soft when new. After 2-3 washes, they shrunk badly. I am normally proportioned.
The polyester is waaaay too warm for summer in the sonoran desert.

I cant call it a light weight, its a good quality cotton fabric, and well made.
Please shirts were not too heavy or light, great quality.
These shirts i bought are of the same quality.
Price
And the cost is a lot less than most blouses.
Packaging/appearance
They need to double stitch the pockets.
Competitiveness
I think they are much better than the heavily advertised brands
