I think these are knock-off blades, whether or not gillette knows it. These blades are fake or defective.
The blades are dull & drag across your skin causing irritation and razor burn. If you are interested in a shave that feels like you are using a rusty lawn mower blade, these are just right for you.

The razors are a good quality and last for a long time
The gillette 5 blade cartridges are painless and provide smooth close shave for up to three weeks used daily.
They leave my skin smooth, never cut me, and razor bumps are slim to none!
I very much hate to shave, especially when i have to do it @ least twice a day
Price
Just offer great blades at a great price.
This was a great deal during prime on the brand and type that my husband prefers!
They're crazy expensive when broken down to a per-use cost.
They may seem a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The blades came very quickly through amazon.
Packaging/appearance
An online search of local box stores could not find same packaging and a package date said 2020, it’s 2022.
However, the last bunch i ordered were considerably cheaper and arrived in other than factory packaging.
Competitiveness
From the chart the proglide is better than the fusion 5, so i decided to try them.
However, we used the fusion 5 and this is the first time using the proglide.
