It is very gentle on my skin and removed the hair quickly & painlessly. The adjustable attachment is a game changer. There finally is a * trimmer that won't snag, pull, or itch!
Cons

It's safe to say that it did not live up to its advertised claims. Way to maximize your profits and not care about the environment gillette. Take this trash off the store.
Power is weak and it snags hairs. Hairs mixed with the grease that is supposed to lubricate the moving plastic pieces.
Safe guard (up to 3mm) is useless and underpowered. It says it’s adjustable from 3 to 11. And the worst part is that customer service just ignores my emails.

If you pay for new it should be new.
This gillette trimmer is half the price and doesn’t even get close to nicking.
The cost was great for everything it comes with.
I used to wax, but wanted something more affordable.
