Everything about it speaks of quality. It feels very premium. Love this. It's his favourite beard product!
A small 2cm amount keeps it soft for approximately 6 hours, eliminates itch and flakiness, and is not greasy. My beard is generally very coarse but after using this it was softer than when you use normal hair conditioner in the shower.
The balm is a soft creme that you work into your beard hair. Makes the beard soft leaving an awesome aroma behind and eliminates itchy skin and stray hair.
Cons
It wasn't sealed. This could be opened and tampered with at any stage. Item is beyond inflated and ridiculous. This is not a balm, it's an embarrassment!

I paid around £5 for this as was in a sale, so i took a punt as my previous beard oil left me smelling like a hairy vanilla ice cream.
