Pros

The compatibility with all trac ii razors ensures that i don't have to worry about finding the right fit. What sets these refills apart is the inclusion of the lubrastrip.

Shaving not just a daily chore but an enjoyable experience. The glide is effortless, reducing the risk of irritation or nicks.

Cons

Only received 1 package of 10 blades. Only recieved 1 pack when it was stated 2 packs. The product is advertised as a pack of 2. There was supposed to be two ten packs of gillette trac 2 razor blades but there was only one in the envelope.

The non-pivoting head makes edging difficult for modern beard variations. Angles, not so much. They are almost unusable.

Find the blades to be a comfortable, close shave and the cartridges to be durable.

No matter how close a shave you get, if you wait 12 hours, your close shave is no more!

I have found that these newer razors either did not perform well or had been "redesigned" with less capability.

Price

Price was very good and they were available!

Great value for my 20+ year-old classic handle that even my wife still prefers to use for her legs as well.

We're talking about $150/year for the blades.

In this post covid world of inflated prices for no additional benefit or reason.

Fun to be able to surprise him with several packs which arrived quickly.

I'm going to give amazon a try because they ship anywhere.

Competitiveness

S i did try blades from china once, the quality being far inferior to gillette, and requiring a new supply of styptic pencils.

I've been using this product for 40 years or better and i haven't been able to find them at my local store.

The gillette blades are far superior to other i have tried and are now very pricey.

I appreciate being able to find real gillette blades instead of generic.
