Pros

The weighty, rubberized, solid metal handle feels great in the hand! Like other decent razors, this venus razor is a bit pricey. It feels luxurious.

This venus shaver has a metal handle, making the shaver heavier and sturdier. It comes with two venus swirl 5-blade cartridges. These charcoal razors seem like a clean and close shave.

Cons

Feels likes chopping up my skin with no smooth results. Seems to shave okay but the handle is very slippery when wet or soapy. Unable to get a close shave with this razor.

Top falls off all the time. The “moisturizing ribbon’ is just colored plastic. Peg 7m is a polymer of ethylene oxide, a known carcinogen. These aren’t watertight, so the handle stores water and grows mold inside.

Competitiveness

If you have sensitive skin like myself you can't beat gillette 5 blade venus razors.

I was looking for something that i could replace the disposable razors i would usually get at walmart.

Edges of venus blades have too much spacing, so it’s going to take getting used to compared to gillette.

Compared to all the other five blade razors i’ve used this one takes the cake.
