Would avoid until the issue is addressed. Just doesn't do the job.

Definitely the best razor i’ve brought and refills to go with it.
If you are expecting it to swirl/swivel you’ll be disappointed, like i say it’s a great cut but then so are most other razors.
Don’t rate the heads but you can swap them for some of the others—the handle is great though!
Price
Worth paying a little more for a razor that doesn't cut your legs to bits and leaves you legs feeling lovely!

However i believed the ‘flexiball’ thingy was supposed to be flexi it very slightly moves to the right and very slightly to the left that is it and i mean very slightly…
