Giovanni leave-in conditioner keeps hair hydrated and moisturized. When followed with a sealant (shea butter, oils, etc) it works really well. Is not greasy.

When i apply my bodywash and the scent of sandalwood fills my nostrils, it just relaxes me. There's a slight scent that i can't explain but it's not a strong smell or fragrant.

Cons

It is natural without chemicals, but it does not help for hair softness. It acts like glue and causes my strands to clump together into a tangled mess. It is sticky and leaves my hair dull and hard to comb.

This new formula has cetyl alcohol as its 2nd ingredient, which is basically a filler. It's now a thick, sticky gel that's so hard to get out of the bottle and does not provide the same slickness to my 4a/b/c hair. I'm also fairly certain it gave me f... Read More
