The sole on the bottom the orange part is a super squishy foam similar to the stuff crocs are made of

The laces are really long and there isnt any other tuck area besides into the shoe

The only thing i dont like about these is when you have the cleat on you can feel it on the bottom of the sole while wearing them

Spin class is usually less then 2 hours so im not sure how they would feel wearing them all day
