This aging biker has had trouble with the stiff soles of most shoes aggravating my common foot condition planter facetitous.
I wanted a cycle shoe that i was able to wear to and from class, with the occasional stop at the grocery store on the way back.
As noted by the mfg, the shoe will accommodate whichever cleat system is desirable.

Is my second pair of this model.

The sole on the bottom the orange part is a super squishy foam similar to the stuff crocs are made of
