I made adjustments to the helmet light blue is an okay color but couldnt find anything better so i had to settle with this

It is a good helmet and a good value but it is not comfortable for long heads like mine

If my head were a quarter inch larger i would not have wanted the medium

The inside padding is actually two different fabrics glued together but one side will separatetear from the other due to the velcro on the helmet surface so i had to sew them together after a while
