The inside padding is actually two different fabrics glued together but one side will separatetear from the other due to the velcro on the helmet surface so i had to sew them together after a while

It was in a few minor wrecks over the year and the pads just ended up completely destroyed

So you have to feed the strap through the back to make an adjustment to get it just right

I had the same issue as several other reviewers the straps were bothersome around my ears

Im not sure if i pulled too hard but one of the plastic clips broke right off

I took the time to adjust them properly and that they dont lay flat just doesnt matter to me
