My head is small measures 55cm length was ok but width too tight narrow secure but too much pressure to wear comfortably

Does not have a microadjusting knob that some bike helmets do

Its a bit taller on the head than other helmets but after wearing it for about 10 minutes it felt like it wasnt even there
