Easy to install the spd cleats, and when you walk around with the cleat, you don't even notice.
I haven't ridden with the shoes yet, i got them today and have mounted the cleats.

Sadly, the price of these shoes increased by $20 just before i bought them.

It was easy to learn how to use clip-less pedals with these shoes.

It is what you expect from a good cycling shoe which is very stiff support in the arch to assure an even distribution of force from pedaling

You will have to purchase some arch supports because the existing padding is paper thin and they do run small so order a half size larger
