This is my first ever pair of spd shoes and i haven't had a single problem with the mechanism.
Very high quality, look great, feel great and are nice and neat.
The giro rumbler is a very good quality shoe, not quite suitable for cold weather around 10c and below though.

I am size 12 bought 12 size is quite tight but it did loosen and these shoes should be a snug fit

Cleat hits the floor sometimes when walking but for a trainer like shoe its is a hard problem to solve
