Pros

Just as advertised! Very pleased with purchase. Plus, this helmet has the mips technology whereas the older helmet did not.

This one can be adjusted to fit snugly. I'm a petite woman with a small head. This was the only helmet that adjusted tightly enough to fit securely on my head.

Cons

There is no hole between the straps and helmet for a ponytail. Sunglasses will not insert into the front ventilation holes. There is also no hole for a helmet strap.
