Pros
Good purchase in a reasonable price. Features are exactly as advertised. Igs a vood quality of product.
Cons
Odds are those who received brand new looking product had probably been deceived as well. I presume it was knocked off somewhere in its travels from china, but that just meant it wasn't put together very well.
My main problem is the radius of the heat it blows out. It barely heats or blows hot air. When the unit overheats it shuts the unit off. It shuts off after only an hour of blowing hot air at the maximum output.
