Only downfall is that on the shortest setting, it's still a little tall for our toilet and wiggles when he climbs up. They are sturdy enough that he can climb up himself and not fall.

The foam seat goes on using velcro adhesives included in the package. The rubber skids come off of the seat, but they give you extras to replace.
