This bra offers full support so it cannot exactly be worn under a small tank without showing. It is easy to put on, no contortions necessary, and really minimizes bounce. The jumping the rubbing the burns the chaffing are all part of just how it is.

It prevents spillage out in the clevage area.

My upper chest arm-pit to arm pit measurement is 34 inches. My underbust measurement is 28 inches and my fullest bust measurement is 37 inches. Taking the largest bust minus the under bust gave me the correct size 32 i.

Cons

H hooks have started to work themselves lose of the fabric. No removable cups beneath fabric of the bra. Functionally, i guess that would work, but highly unflattering if you wear a tank top.

Due to the design, my breasts are kept separate and are not pressed together into a uniboob as most sport bras are apt to do.

Yes, it is a uniboob look, but it really controls the bounce.
