Pros

No side boots or spillage anywhere. Which is fine with me because i have to bend over a lot at work and there’s no worry of spill over, lol!

Supportive sports bras that fit comfortably are difficult to find. No jostling around regardless of what activity. This bra is decent for high intensity workouts, but still allows some bounce.

Cons

It's almost like the designer thought all breasts stick out the same above as below. I prefer a bra that pushes up and lifts my breasts for my workouts.

The dreaded unibook. The support is great, but i couldn't get over how scratchy the fabric itself felt. There is a wide red area where it was constantly rubbing as i was motion.

The band is on its last hooks and no room to make looser. This band fits moe like a 28 not 34. I was fooled by the glamorise name.
